Ultraviolet System – Sita 400 DS Series

The 400 SERIES UV systems use low pressure amalgam lamp. Amalgam lamps have a longer life and efficiency than normal low pressure lamps (average life is about 16,000 hours). Furthermore, these lamps are not affected by the water temperature. In this series of systems SITA proposes the use of very powerful lamps which allows, for the same flow rate to be treated, the use of a lower number of lamps and easier maintenance. The horizontal configuration, due to the length of the lamps, makes maintenance work very simple.

All models can be equipped with an automatic system for cleaning quartz.
