Spectrum FibreOnyx Chloramine/Catalytic Carbon Water Filter 5µm – PFBC

Price range: £40.00 through £885.00

SPECTRUM FibreOnyx
The Latest Technology in Carbon Filtration
One carbon range to out perform and replace all current carbon formulas. First there was granular activated carbon (GAC) then powder activated carbon (PAC) in moulded then extruded formats with higher surface areas; then fibres were used to reduce pressure drops and improve flows. New FibreOnyx medias have advanced these fibres to target specific contaminants with improved efficiency and greater dirt holding capacity, with the increased life of FibreOnyx an antimicrobial agent is added to the range as standard.

FibreOnyx – Premier 5 micron This revolutionary dual-purpose chloramine cartridge tackles chloramine and holding sediment in one. The dual design utilizes catalytic carbon to deliver exceptional filtration results, keeping you and your environment safe. The presence of chloramine can have harmful effects on humans, fish, yeast production and more, making protection crucial. Compared to the ‘Ultimate Chloramine Removal’ SPECTRUM PBC, the PFBC offers a lower pressure drop and higher dirt-holding capacity whilst removing chloramine – essential features for dual-purpose applications.
